Michele Song is a former Marketing Manager turned trained pastry chef and content creator with a serious addiction to carbs, butter, and chocolate. She graduated from the pastry arts program at San Francisco Cooking School and externed at the highly acclaimed Manresa Bread in Los Gatos working on the pastry team.
By combining her experience in digital marketing with her experience in pastry, Michele created Studio Baked to share her recipes and passion for baking with fellow carb enthusiasts and avid home bakers. In 2019, Studio Baked was named one of the “Top 10 Baking Blogs Every Baker Should Follow” by Bake from Scratch Magazine.
Over the years, Michele has partnered with popular brands such as Bob’s Red Mill, ALDI, Nespresso, Eagle Brand, and more. She has also been a contributor to Bake from Scratch Magazine and has appeared on The Crumb podcast as a guest expert for Bake from Scratch Magazine’s Better Baking Academy in partnership with Bob’s Red Mill.
She currently resides in San Diego with her husband and two kitties and hopes to continue sharing recipes that inspire and bring joy.
