Lisa Q. Fetterman is the CEO of Nomiku, creator of an immersion circulator for sous vide cooking. It is beautiful and scientifically accurate enough for the professional chef, but made for the home cook. A graduate of New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Institute of Journalism, Lisa has worked extensively in some of America’s top restaurants like Jean-Georges and Babbo. She also worked as a journalist at many publications including Hearst and The Daily News.
