Details and Logistics

Trainings are held in Lisa’s fully-equipped, professional kitchen. Her kitchen and the offices of The Lisa Ekus Group are located in Hatfield, Massachusetts.

Traveling

By car, it is approximately 3 hours from New York City and approximately 2 hours from Boston.

The nearest airport is Bradley International (BDL) in Hartford/Windsor Locks, Connecticut. From there, it is a 45-minute drive north to Hatfield.

Amtrak runs from New York City to Springfield, Massachusetts. Trains depart from and arrive into Penn Station, and travel time is approximately 3 hours. For schedules, visit www.Amtrak.com, and select the “Regional” (northeast) route.

Overnight Accommodations

Participants may choose from a variety of area hotels.

The majority of our clients choose to stay at either The Hotel Northampton or the Old Mill on the Falls Bed & Breakfast, both of which are less than 15 minutes from our office. A discounted rate may be available, so please let us know when you are ready to make your hotel arrangements.

Cost

The fees for one- and two-day media training courses held in our studio kitchen are $2,000 and $3,500, respectively. Ingredients, food preparation, travel, and accommodation expenses are additional. Pricing for off-site media training is available upon request.
