Tip # 338: If you're considering creating a blog, don't get overwhelmed by the need to create constant entries. Invite guest bloggers, keep regular entries short and meaningful, and establish a realistic schedule for posting. Think outside of the box for ways to create useful content.

¡SABOR! offers a mouthwatering look at the food and flavors that make Cuba's culinary heritage famous. The author's unique wit and feisty voice weave the lively and spirited traditions of her family with classic recipes from the island of Cuba. Chapters include Aperetivos y Bocados (Appetizers and Snacks), Sopas y Emparedados (Soups and Sandwiches), Platos Principales (Main Courses), Postres (Desserts), and Bebidas (Drinks). Rodriguez also provides a generous selection of sample menus to help readers plan an authentic Cuban meal. Recipes are easy to read and to follow, and are illustrated throughout with full-color photos.  ¡SABOR! provides an intimate look at a culture that embraces food with the same enthusiasm it has for life — spicy, hot, and delectable, beginning with the "holy trinity" of Cuban cuisine (garlic, bell pepper, and Spanish onion) and moving on to a variety of delicious and authentic recipes. Everywhere cooks and their guests will delight in dishes like Cuban-Style Chicken Soup, Bistec de Palomilla (Minute Steak), Yucca with Garlic Sauce, Fried Green Plantains, Escabeche, Dulce de Leche, and Cuban-Style Sugar Cookies.
