About the Author
Ana Quincoces Rodriguez grew up in a Cuban household in sunny Miami, Florida. She was routinely conscripted to help her mother
in the kitchen, which lead to her passion for the art of cooking. Rodriguez has appeared in several magazines and newspapers as a result of her first, self-published
book, Cuban Chicks Can Cook. She lives in Miami, Florida with her husband and two teenage daughters.
