About the Authors

Carla Snyder has worked in the food industry for more than 30 years as a food writer, caterer, teacher, and co-owner of Kitchen Counter Points, cooking school. She is the author of four cookbooks with Meredith Deeds. Their fifth book, The Little Black Dress Cookbook, will be published in 2009. Carla lives in Hudson, Ohio.
